This event is fired before an actor's armor rating has been calculated, and can be used to override the armor that the actor is given.

This event can be filtered based on the
armor event data.
This event supports blocking by setting
true or returning
false. Blocking the event prevents vanilla behavior from happening. For example, blocking an
equip event prevents the item from being equipped.
An event can be claimed by setting
true, or by returning
false from the callback. Claiming the event prevents any lower priority callbacks from being called.
armor(tes3armor): Read-only. The armor piece whose AR is being calculated.
armorRating(number): If set, the given armor rating will be used instead of the one calculated.
mobile(tes3mobileActor): Read-only. The mobile whose AR is being calculated. May not always be available.
npc(tes3npc): Read-only. The NPC object whose AR is being calculated. May not always be available.
reference(tes3reference): Read-only. A shortcut to the mobile's reference. May not always be available.
